What does the Housing and Design service include?
Our service helps you find a home that reflects your well-being and lifestyle. We offer housing research, layout planning, interior styling, budget-friendly sourcing, and complete assembly of furniture and decor—without any construction.
What is the process from start to finish?
Our step-by-step approach includes: 1. **Initial Consultation** – Understanding your lifestyle, goals, and budget. 2. **Housing Profile Matching** – Analyzing listings for fit and functionality. 3. **Secondary Consultation** – Creating your space and vision. 4. **Design Proposal** – Providing a layout and concept design. 5. **Approval & Revisions** – Refining the plan to suit your taste. 6. **Housing Selection and Lease** – Finalizing your housing choice. 7. **Prepare for Moving** – Inventory filtering and selection. (Please note: We do not provide moving services.) 8. **Sourcing & Shopping** – Selecting tems that align with your style and budget. 9. **Installation & Setup** – mounting, and assembly. The entire process typically takes 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the project scope.
When should I contact you before moving in?
Reach out at least one month before move-in date to allow enough time for personal housing analysis, research, listing analysis and matching.
Who will I work with during the project?
You’ll work directly with me (Orkhan Guliyev Housing Advisor/Interior Designer) from beginning to end.
Can you help with just one room or a studio apartment?
This service is for studio renters, roommates, and one-bedroom renters only; two- and three-bedroom units are excluded. Single rooms can also benefit from smart design and layout optimization.
Do I need to be present during setup?
That’s completely up to you. Some clients prefer to be present during setup, while others choose to let us handle everything and return to a fully set-up space. As long as access is arranged, we’ll work around your comfort and schedule.
Can I skip the housing part and just get the design?
Yes. We offer Design-Only packages for clients who already have a space and need help with layout, furnishing, or full styling and installation.
Can I use this service if I already found my apartment?
Absolutely. If you've already signed a lease or bought a place, we’ll start directly with space planning, design, and setup.
Can you help me choose between multiple listings or rentals?
Yes. We compare listings based on your personal housing profile, which is crucial for achieving long-term comfort. This help you make the most informed decision. That is why we provide regular follow ups and updates daily and weekly

Pricing and Budget
How much does Housing and Design cost?
We work with people-first budgets. Pricing depends on your space and needs, but we focus on smart, scalable, and practical solutions. You only pay per step—never in advance for future stages.
Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?
Yes, but only for work that hasn't started. If a step is unfinished, you can cancel and receive a refund. Completed work is non-refundable due to the time and planning already invested. This also includes Intelectual and Handy work.
Design Revisions & Satisfaction
Can I make design changes after the proposal?
Yes. One full revision is included before the sourcing phase begins. We want you to feel confident and satisfied before moving forward.
What happens if I change my mind mid-project?
If you change your mind during the project—about colors, layout, or furniture—we’ll assess how it fits with the current design stage. Adjustments within scope and timeline will be made during your included revision rounds. For substantial changes affecting approved work or requiring new materials, we’ll provide options, timelines, and costs upfront—no surprises.
Project Management & Sourcing
Who manages product sourcing and delivery?
You can either shop yourself and coordinate delivery with the store or delegate sourcing to us. We’ll handle everything from selecting items within your budget to coordinating delivery and resolving any issues. Choose what works best for you.
Do you work with your own contractors or mine?
We’re flexible—you can work with your own contractors, or we can recommend trusted professionals we’ve collaborated with in the past. However, While we support the project creatively and logistically, Caspian Pro does not act as the general contractor and is not legally responsible for third-party work. This setup gives you design leadership with the freedom to choose who executes the physical labor.
Do you do installation and setup?
Yes! We take care of assembling furniture, mounting artwork, curtains, mirrors, projectors, and everything else in the plan. You walk into a ready-to-live-in space
Location and Availability
What areas do you serve?
We serve New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island) and surrounding areas. If you're nearby but unsure, just reach out—we're happy to confirm availability.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons. Early booking gives you more options and better planning flexibility.
Do you offer remote or virtual design services?
Caspian Pro offers remote and virtual interior design services for clients in the U.S. and internationally. Whether you're outside New York City or prefer online meetings, we provide a guided design experience from home.
