Cancellation Policy
📌 Goldway Design Consultation Booking Policy At Goldway Design, we are committed to providing a highly personalized and artistic design experience. To maintain the quality, care, and originality of each project, we ask all clients to review and agree to the following booking policy before scheduling a consultation. 🗓️ Booking Availability Consultations are available by appointment only and must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance. We offer both virtual and in-person consultations, depending on your location and the scope of your project. Availability is limited due to the highly customized nature of our services, so we recommend booking early. 💳 Consultation Fee A design consultation fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee covers the time and expertise of Orkhan Guliyev, as well as the initial evaluation of your design goals. The fee is non-refundable but may be credited toward your full-service design package if the project proceeds. 🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your consultation with at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for rescheduling or credit. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate exceptional situations. 📋 What to Expect During the consultation, we’ll explore your design vision, lifestyle needs, timeline, and budget. You’ll receive a clear overview of how we work, and we’ll determine whether your project is a good fit for our custom design approach. This meeting is the first step in building a space that is truly yours—and yours alone. 🌍 Service Areas Consultations are available for clients located in the U.S. and internationally. Travel fees may apply for in-person meetings outside of New York City. Virtual consultations are available globally via Zoom or a secure video platform. 💼 Project Suitability If you’re looking for original design rooted in artistry, storytelling, and collectible craftsmanship, we’re the right fit. We do not offer template-based or mass-market design solutions. 📧 Confirmation & Communication Once you submit your booking request and payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with appointment details and instructions.
